Communication via NHS App

Due to new national limits on the number of text messages GP practices can send, we will be significantly reducing our use of SMS messaging.

Where possible, we will communicate with patients through the NHS App, so we encourage all patients to download the app and enable notifications.

With the NHS App you can:

• Order repeat prescriptions
• View test results
• Check and manage appointments
• View parts of your medical record
• Receive messages from the practice

The NHS App is free, secure and easy to use and available via the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Downloading the NHS App will help ensure you continue to receive messages and updates from the practice.
